  • This program offers a structured, affordable way to delve into mental performance and sports psychology, providing you with the knowledge and tools to self-regulate and perform at your best. Each module is packed with practical exercises and actionable insights, ensuring you can apply what you learn directly to your performance.

  • Each week/module is broken down by every major skill/topic discussed in sport and performance psychology. These include, Self-talk + Cognitive Restructuring, Self-regulation, Relaxation + Energization, Breathing, Imagery + Visualization, Motivation, Goal-setting, Concentration + Attention, and Routines. These skills combined have been shown to optimize performance, restoration, and wellbeing. 

  • There are 3 hours of video total, 2 hours of audio exercises, and currently, 24 written activities, which take 10-15 minutes on average to complete. This is an estimated 9-11 hours of learning, if not more, depending on how much thought you put into the written exercises. Serious high-performance individuals would utilize the written and audio exercises frequently. 

  • The Performance Program was explicitly built to save time and money for athletes and high-performance individuals. If you would like 1:1 coaching after the program, the time can be spent wisely dialing in certain aspects of your performance that you still need assistance with. 

  • I built this program specifically for athletes and high-performance individuals. Keeping that in mind, "performance" can be a loose term. I have worked with individuals such as attorneys, leadership personnel, and others who might not fit in that traditional performance niche that we think of but are still looking for higher efficiency.
